Service Description
Discovery Call – $22 (Refundable) We charge a modest $22 fee for the 45‑minute discovery call simply to protect our schedule from spam and abusive bookings. If you decide to move forward and book a coaching session or enroll in one of our programs, we’ll refund the $22 in full. If you choose not to continue, the fee covers the time we’ve set aside for you and is non‑refundable. This ensures the appointment slot is reserved for serious prospects while guaranteeing you won’t pay extra if you become a client. Cancellation Policy
Reservation Policy – 1‑on‑1 Online Sessions or Quick consultation before start the 28Days Ancestral Reset (Keona.org on Wix) 1. Booking Choose instructor, date, time, and subject. You receive an instant confirmation email. The reservation is final only after payment is completed through Wix Payments. 2. Payment Accepted: credit cards, PayPal, etc. (secure, 3‑D Secure). Failed payments are cancelled automatically after 48 h. 3. Cancellation – “Anytime” Cancel any time before the lesson starts → full refund (100 %). Cancel after the lesson begins → no refund for the part already delivered; any remaining sessions in a package are fully refunded. Non‑refundable only for offers explicitly marked so. 4. Modifications Request changes by email or Wix form. If the new slot costs more, pay the difference; if cheaper, you receive a credit (no cash back). 5. Liability Keona.org only connects you with the instructor; the instructor is responsible for lesson quality. Report instructor issues within 48 h for a free reschedule or credit. 6. Disputes Unresolved issues go to the courts of the site’s registered location; consumer mediation may apply. 8.
