​KEONA LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates www.keona.org (the “Site”) to provide personalized artwork (digital downloads and physical products) and holistic coaching services. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for delivering physical and digital products and scheduling coaching services.

This exchange and refund policy applies to online coaching services and vibrational art (physical or digital) offered by KEONA LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller,” on the website www.keona.org.

1. General Principle: No Exchanges or Refunds
• By checking the box “I accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale” during the order process, the Client acknowledges and agrees that no exchanges or refunds are possible after the order is validated, except in cases provided for by applicable law or as outlined below.
• This policy applies to online coaching services and vibrational art (physical or digital) due to their personalized and/or intangible nature.

2. Exceptions for Technical Issues or Non-Conformities
• Online Coaching: If a coaching session cannot be conducted due to technical issues attributable to the Seller (e.g., platform connectivity issues), the Client must notify the Seller within 7 days at contact@keona.org. An amicable solution will be offered, such as rescheduling the session or, in exceptional cases, a partial or full refund, at the Seller’s discretion.
• Physical Vibrational Art: If the received product is damaged or does not conform to the description, the Client must notify the Seller within 7 days of receipt, providing proof (e.g., photos, description). The Seller will offer, at its discretion, a replacement or refund, subject to the return of the damaged product. Return shipping costs will be covered by the Seller only in cases of non-conformity or defects.
• Digital Vibrational Art: In case of non-delivery (e.g., non-functional download link), the Client must contact the Seller within 7 days of the order. The Seller will resend the link or, if that is not possible, issue a refund.

3. No Right of Withdrawal
• In accordance with applicable laws in the State of Wyoming and the United States, no automatic right of withdrawal exists for:
• Online Coaching: Once the session has started or been scheduled with the Client’s express consent.
• Digital Vibrational Art: Once the digital product is made available (e.g., download or link sent).
• Customized Physical Vibrational Art: For custom or personalized products, except in cases of defects or non-conformity.
• Clients residing outside the United States (e.g., EU) may benefit from additional withdrawal rights under their local laws (e.g., 14-day withdrawal period in the EU, subject to conditions). In such cases, the Client must notify the Seller by email at contact@keona.org before the applicable legal deadline.

4. Procedure for Claims
• Any request for an exchange or refund must be sent by email to contact@keona.org within the specified timeframes, including the following information:
• Order number.
• Description of the issue.
• Proof (e.g., photos for physical products).
• The Seller will respond within 5 business days to propose a solution.

5. Associated Costs
• Shipping costs for returning a damaged or non-conforming physical product will be covered by the Seller. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client.
• Customs fees or additional taxes for international shipments are non-refundable.

6. Applicable Law
• This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Consumer protections may vary depending on the Client’s jurisdiction.
For example:
• Clients in the United States may refer to federal and state laws, such as those governed by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
• Clients in the EU may benefit from additional protections, such as the 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases, under EU regulations.
• In case of a dispute, the Client is invited to contact the Seller for an amicable resolution at keonaflow@proton.me. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Wyoming, unless the Client’s local legislation mandates another jurisdiction.
